“I have worked with Supreme before and they always offer very polite and professional service. I scheduled an appointment through a courtesy call about an AC maintenance special. I had the AC on our 2 heat pumps tuned up for $49 each which is a great price. Ben, the technician who did the work, was excellent. He was extremely polite and positive and explained everything he did with photos. One heat pump was fine, but the other had a problem that will require a repair. At the end, Ben walked me through the entire inspection again and had 2 quotes for the recommended work. The service was excellent, but we will get a second estimate on the work before making the repair. That being said, they sent the estimate and all the photos of the work so that we have them for our files. Again, great service and price for the maintenance; I just want to be sure of the price for the proposed work.“

Explained my issues with my hot water heater- Erica was understanding and very knowledgeable about what to offer and came back with three quotes to give me options. I had to call back to discuss with my husband and Erica was extremely patient and even told me that there were openings today, but they may be gone by the time I call back, but they would accommodate me on my traveling schedule. She was great through the whole process.
