AMAZING SERVICE. We have had 3 different companies come out to try nad fix an issue, nobody had the answers we were looking for until Rich showed up. He was amazing! Super professional. I highly recommend you request him for your next job. We will be using him in the future.

Rich and Dillion came out and replaced my failing tankless hot water heater with a new hot water tank and did an excellent job. Rich took his time to educate me on all things hot water tank. Start to finish Rooter Rooter of Baltimore was top notch!

We had an emergency after hours and I called Mr. Rooter, who came out the next morning. Rich evaluated the situation, gave us an estimate, and started the work immediately. I had him to look at some other issues and those too were repaired within 24 hours. Our plan is to keep Mr. Rooter on speed-dial. Great customer service, clear and concise information, and excellent work.
