A/C went out on Sunday night. Messaged Supreme Monday morning and the Tech, Zach was out the before 10AM. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions completely. Very pleased with Supremes service!

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met.
