From start to finish, this has been a great experience. Scheduling same day service was super quick and easy over the phone. I was called before the technician got to the house, which was very much appreciated. Our technician, Paul, was wonderful. He was very friendly, funny, professional, and gave super helpful information. He definitely made us feel good and confident about the service. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend.
Len the Plumber has always sent plumbers quickly on the same day, and they have all been very capable. Our most recent plumber, Josh, was skilled and very personable. Probably not the least expensive, but I always know the job will be done well.
