If I could give negative stars I would. Bob was sent by my home warranty company to replace my boiler and he did such an inept job that a brand new boiler died in less than three years, costing me $11,000 to replace. He clearly didn't understand or have the capacity to install the unit correctly (he angled to overflow pipe so it drained into the unit!). STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to pay a real professional to come behind him and fix whatever it is he will most certainly do wrong.

Bob came within 20 minutes and quickly found the A/C issue. He had the needed new capacitor and replaced it. All the questions I had were answered in a professional manner. He checked my freon levels, and even rinsed off built up crude on the unit. I will use his services again.Services: A/C system maintenance
