Worst oil company ever and even worse customer service. They do not deliver oil on time, if at all. Only delivered 10 gallons and said they would come back the next day- they did not and my family was left without heat for over a week. Trying to resolve this issue with support staff was even more horrific. Absolutely do not recommend- save your time and money.
Danilo Argueta provided great service on an emergency call. He listened to my concerns, explained what was going on with my heater, repaired it, and remained long enough to ensure the heat stayed on. Great customer service!
Had Griffith out today because our oil boiler and radiator system wasn’t running. Current temps in the 20s and 30s. Had a gentleman named Michael out. He was informative, professional,friendly, and diagnosed and repaired the system quickly as well as the same day (had the aquastat on his truck). 10/10, great experience. Thank you Michael!
