Bob was quick, efficient and kind in explaining what happened, how it was fixed and what to do to avoid it. This time it was the toilet and tub both with issues. Mark came by replaced all the needed parts and both are working as good as new. I’d highly recommend them for any work in the metro north area .“

The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house.
