I found this company online because we needed a plumber in a hurry. It was a stroke of luck finding them. Everyone in the company was professional, patient, pleasant, hard-working, and considerate. From the owner (Kevin), the office staff (Keri), and the guys who got things done for the work and inspection (Josh, Antonio, Randy). I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the people at Big Blue.

I've used Big Blue several times over the past 11 years and always had a fantastic experience. They are professional, responsive and pleasant. Kevin, Carrie and every technician I have met have all gone above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved as quickly as possible. There was even a time I called them for a service they didn't provide, but they very graciously gave me names of companies who could help me. This week I was once again impressed by them when I realized my AC wasn't working and emailed them overnight Monday. Randy from Big Blue came out to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. He was on time and professional. He clearly explained and fixed the problem. He took extra measures to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I thought the price was reasonable for the time, and I would definitely use this company again. I also thought that the staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful.
