652 Tremont St 1 Rear, Boston“I can’t say recommend The Method enough. I worked with Claire for prenatal support beginning in my third trimester until about 5 months postpartum. Each visit is completely customized to your needs and Claire helped me with everything from hip pain to pelvic floor therapy to wrist strengthening (a must for carrying twins around!). I was able to get back to safely exercising with modifications that Claire provided and she was always available via email/the app to answer questions. It was amazing to find a PT clinic that has so much expertise in women’s health and postpartum recovery - they were able to anticipate where I needed support before I even knew what to ask.“

26 S Main St, Randolph“Everyone was very helpful with me getting back my mobility of my arm. I had a rotator cuff injury and could not even raise my left arm over my head. After attending Bay State Physical Therapy in Randolph I am able to lift my arm over my head. I am able to reach behind my back and most importantly do my own hair again. Lol. It was a struggle trying to do simple things on my own. I am so grateful for everyone who had a part in my recovery. Thank you to everyone!!“

Curtis was my primary PT but all the therapists help each other out. They always ask if I wanted ice at the end of my session and I always said yes! Great place to get healthy and back to where I wanted to be!“

1224 Dorchester Ave STE 5, Boston“I worked with Brian for a couple of months rehabilitating from a muscle injury from sports. He was fantastic throughout the process: easy to reach and schedule an initial consultation, full evaluation and diagnosis, weekly schedule therapy sessions and personalized recommendations to help strengthen and improve at home, and reevaluations during and at the end of our time together to check on recovery process. Brian was attentive to my needs and goals throughout, very personable and flexible as a provider, and helped me get back to nearly full strength for the spring sports season. I would definitely recommend him and would return if I needed PT in the future!“

137 Newbury St Unit 607, Boston“I have the good fortune to be a primary care physician whose office is down the hall from Lina. I frequently send my patients to her for routine physical therapy needs, as well as my go for collaborating on complex pain and dysfunction issues. When I injured my own shoulder she took care of it in just a few sessions with her blend of myofascial hands on work, and corrective exercises. Excellent skills, knowledge, and very thorough in her care for patients.“
