“I was there when “Joanne” asked about her item. The instructors looked everywhere but the item was not where it was last seen. The instructors did have follow through and it is not their fault if someone loses an item. They did their best and even delayed the start of class to look. Yes, it would have been nice to have found the item but don’t blame the instructors for your carelessness.“

Last year, before I got into my in-season sports, she was able to set up and take us through a workout even before even getting her personal training certification. Recently, I’ve had the ability to work with Madeline now that she’s gotten her certification. I’ve seen a very impressive shift since working out with her before. Madeline is very good about focusing on my exact needs being an athlete. She is great about giving me encouragement, staying personable, and keeping high energy throughout the entire workout. When I voice any concern, like a strain or pain, she is able to quickly adjust the workout in order to accommodate. Madeline is also very good at giving me slight adjustments not only during workouts, but after workouts. It’s been a genuine pleasure to work with her and I’m excited to continue to do so.“

“I joined Lean Force because I’ve been struggling to get back in shape after having two kids. I’ve never worked with a personal trainer and this was the best decision I’ve made. Federico exceeded all of my expectations. He is a great coach who always motives, keeps the work outs interesting and is very knowledgeable. I started noticing change after a few weeks of training and there is no way I would be able to achieve that at home. I feel stronger and have more energy. The only regret is that I didn’t start training sooner. Would highly recommend for anyone!“

“It’s been quite some time, since I’ve been thinking of trying out this gym. In the past, I would go to the traditional gyms, where I was doing my own workouts, and never connected with anyone.
Now at DPT, this changed completely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the dynamics of the place. Starting with the coaches, who miraculously know everyone’s name; the sessions are inclusive, sometimes interactive with the group and everyone is very friendly. There are people of all ages, all fitness levels, and you can follow the exercises at your own pace. No worries about not knowing what to do at first, because you can see others doing the same thing, plus, of course, the coaches are always there for any questions, advice, correcting your form. Once the class starts, you don’t even realize how fast it goes by and your body will tell you how well you did the next day - I’m always discovering muscles that I didn’t know existed!
I highly recommend trying out this gym, you’ll love it!“

“I love Catalyst gym! As a newcomer in town, the staff at Catalyst gym were so welcoming to me. I entered with a goal to get in healthier shape for my pregnancy. I was able to work out 2x a week with Danny and Ryan until I was 36 weeks pregnant. Each trainer had a nice balance of challenging me to ensure I was getting stronger and increasing my stamina, but also listened to me regarding my pregnancy progression and how I was feeling at each session. The trainer/trainee relationship with both Danny and Ryan felt very collaborative and they listened to my goals and made sure I was able to attain them safely, and make adjustments as needed for my growing belly and when I couldn't get off the floor as easily! I credit Catalyst Gym with my ability to feel healthy and fit throughout my pregnancy and motivating me to keep going! Special shout out to Ryan (a father himself) as he had some insider knowledge about training throughout pregnancy. The community at Catalyst is wonderful. I loved the small groups (max of 3 people) and everyone I worked out with was so nice. Catalyst Gym is also very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my sessions due to illness or doctors appointments. My family recently moved away from Cambridge, otherwise I'd be back at the gym! I miss it LOTS.“

Our four year old son has been going to the dragon class for a year, and it’s made such a difference for his self confidence, ability to focus, and patience. We were initially unsure how a 3 year old could pay attention in a martial arts class, but we were astounded at how much kids can do. Sensei Bobbi has such a gift for teaching, and it’s so apparent how much joy he gets from it. He makes martial arts fun and engaging while also instilling discipline and respect for the sport. Kids walk out high fiving and hugging each other. It’s the highlight of my week as a parent watching the kids practice. What we love about the class is also in the structure. Sensei Bobby has the older kids demonstrate and serve as role models for the younger kids. He also brings a lot of his junior instructors to help, which means kids are constantly learning and teaching each other. Our son smiles every time he talks about martial arts all because of how amazing AMAC is. We can’t recommend it enough!“

“F45 Burlington (and the format in general) is exceptional! The coaches in Burlington are all super supportive, focus on proper technique, and are very encouraging when you need it. Awesome to work with.The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!!I’m a month in and although it’s one of the toughest workouts I can remember (from my athletic days 25+ years ago), I somehow crawl out thinking it was fun (an impossible word for me with traditional workout gyms). The beauty of the program is it’s so fast paced and varied that you couldn’t possibly get bored, as the variety really helps maintain your effort levels. You start at your own pace, and will continue building yourself at whatever pace you choose. You’re fully supported no matter your condition levels, just bring a positive attitude.Finally - this is purely a no judgement zone consisting of a hundred backgrounds and experience levels. If you have time to look at (never mind judge) someone else, you’re not working hard enough or doing it properly.It’s an incredible group, the coaches will push, and you’ll walk out feeling accomplished every single time.“
