I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. “I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. Joe is a true PRO! I liked his attitude almost as much as I liked his quote, almost $10K lower than a prior company for the same Mitsubishi equipment. Joe even corroborated my thermal heat loss analysis with his Manual J! Very impressed! Joe's team started my installation near the end of June with Steve Duarte as team leader. “We came home from a weekend in NH and temp. in my house was 52 deg. People we called were unavailable or didn’t answer their phone. Finally a plumber referred me to Connerney Plumbing. I spoke with Billy, the owner, and explained the situation. It was after hours around 5:30. Billy’s associate, Lewis arrived in 15 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, said I didn’t need a new boiler and said I just needed a new circulator pump. He had one in his truck and installed it after draining and refilling the water in the heat pipes. He then bled and removed the air out of 15 radiators. We had heat once again, a “triple miracle”: Someone answered the phone, someone came, and Lewis fixed it! Lewis could not have been more polite and friendly. Thanks Lewis and Billy. Heat is working great again!“
