“My condenser stopped working right as summer started and I had Sila come by and tell me that I needed a whole system replacement and quoted me 20k. I was ready to replace the whole thing but wanted to get some second opinions and quotes. Lucky I reached out to Dimitry as he came promptly to do a diagnosis and found it was due to a faulty capacitor. He had the part in his truck and was able to swap it out in under an hour. Sila left my unit panel open after they left and I'm not even sure they did any diagnosis of the problem. Do not go with those scumbags!

The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day.
