“PT Zone had come highly recommended by both my doctor and a good friend. So when I tore my hamstring I called them and was able to get in quickly.

I've been working Kaitlin for the past few months, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Kaitlin worked closely with me to make the exercises relevant to my sport (tennis) as well as progressively strengthening my injury. I credit that approach with being nearly 100% after only 2 months! Thank you Kaitlin and Shira!“

Hands On Therapy Physical Therapy

“This massage is extremely interactive, and is essential for people who have chronic pain. Her educational background in clinical physical therapy as well as massage therapy and several in-depth techniques will make you come out of a session with a different body than you came in with.It only took her one 90-minute session to work on my hip and piriformis syndrome to completely release the tension and tightness. I ended up going to my chiropractor the next day and he was amazed at how my body accepted her work, and how it didn't tense back up immediately.I strongly recommend Hands On Therapy to everyone.Disclaimer: This style of massage isn't for relaxation inherently, but as an added long term benefit once you get off the table and moving more comfortably in everyday life.“

“I met Ildiko in 2010, just after debilitating back and knee surgery- I was a mess, epidural injections max amount in minimum period of time, pain killers and general no quality of life. I can remember our first meeting like it was yesterday, because this was the day my new life began. I couldn't bend, run, jump or keep up with my young son, I was 33 and had the body of an ailing woman. After three years of continual physical therapy- I needed a change and fast. Change I did- my life began to change rather instantly. I was on pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs and Ildi's words of wisdom were "pain is in your brain" followed by "you will not need those medications any more". I became a student, leaning, practicing her rather unconventional exercises: ankle mobility, joint mobility and eye work- the eyes feed and speak to the brain, I learned. Her years of neurological studies allow her to have vast knowledge of the body, our mechanics and how everything works together. I saw her twice a week, and ten years later, once a week. I won't go into the years of exercises, eye work, movement therapy and mobility to tell you that I am a changed woman. Ten years later I can keep up with my teenage son, run, jump, lift heavy, do hard cardio workouts and basically have an excellent quality of life. Getting to this point was a lot of hard work and dedication- yes, I have had setbacks, but Ildi always gets be back on track to living a quality pain-free life. I haven't taken pain killers or any prescribed drugs in ten years. I bring my mother and son to Ildi to help with various issues they face. We FaceTime when something hurts, we text, I follow her Instagram, I see her regularly - I am truly a new woman because of her. If you have pain, limited mobility, poor posture, health concerns, can't sleep- anything, go see Ildi. She can help anyone just like she fixed me.“
