I met Ildiko in 2010, just after debilitating back and knee surgery- I was a mess, epidural injections max amount in minimum period of time, pain killers and general no quality of life. I can remember our first meeting like it was yesterday, because this was the day my new life began. I couldn't bend, run, jump or keep up with my young son, I was 33 and had the body of an ailing woman. After three years of continual physical therapy- I needed a change and fast. I've been happily working with Ildi for fifteen years. Her professional approach to health and fitness is much more than what you will find with a regular "fitness trainer". Her approach to fitness takes into account both the physical AND the mental side of wellness. Idly is a physiotherapist who has multiple certifications that makes her VERY knowledgable in the means and methods of helping you get back most of what you lost. She achieves this through multiple methods, including Z master health techniques and using the brain itself as part of the healing process. Throw in some traditional yoga moves (to help with your flexibility) and you're getting through rehab and having fun. Ildy, with her sunny personality, will help you get back on your feet and you'll actually look forward to your rehab visits!
