I had a knee replacement in February 2023 and went to Performance for PT Melissa & Brian and Chi helped me walk and stretch my knee muscles and do all the Exercises to get my Knee Better I would Highly Recommend Them

Mellissa was excellent as well as the whole staff. Dino and Brian run an excellent business. Very concerned about the success of their patients.I would highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy to all ages and injuries.

Performance Physical Therapy (PPT) is a progressive, manual and functional outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation facility. We develop treatment plans aimed to increase function, improve mobility and reduce pain. Medical training and an in depth understanding of Anatomy and Kinesiology enables physical therapists to be effective in the treatment of injuries to the spine and the extremities.
