Donald and his crew are life savers! My husband had been very very sick, and I called and asked if they could possibly find time. With all the rain, the grass and yard look like a jungle. Even when my husband was feeling better it would have taken him a full day of mowing to cut it all down.Donald not only showed up but had it done so quickly I hardly knew he stopped by. I have been going to Bill at Designer Optical for 23 years, since my daughter was a toddler with strabismus in both eyes (for which she had successful surgery). Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. One of the things my daughter enjoyed the most after choosing her frames was getting to select her glasses case after her final fitting.Since our appointments took a bit of time I got to watch Bill interact with many other clients, all of whom seemed to view him as a friend, as our family does.So if you want professional and friendly service go to Designer Optical for a great selection of frames and highly personalized service.

Katie did such a great job on my hair. I was a little scared because it was the first time I ever got any color in my 3c/3b curly hair. But she did such an amazing job with the dye and the blowout. I got so many compliments on the balayage and it looks so good with my curls. I definitely am going back to her.

Hector is the best barber I had in the Boston area - and I tried a dozen or two. listens to your wishes, gets all the lines nicely, and gives advice what to do at home. When he is chopping a tiny bit here and a tiny bit there, his face expressions show that he is treating each head like a piece of art which he enjoys and takes pride in perfecting.
My grandson Angelo goes here they're Great wonderful people and he looks Awesome every time !!!
First time! Came in with no appointment on a Saturday morning and enjoyed a conversation and a great cut with Frandy. If you have never been to a Barber shop or haven't been in a while I would particularly recommend because he helped me understand what to ask for next time and how frequently I could come in to keep up a clean image.

Ronaldo and Tony were extremely helpful. They answered the phone when I called at 4PM. They were at my house fixing a wobbly toilet that's been bugging me for years. They figured out the problem immediately, found a creative way to secure the flange without the normal plywood underneath it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They were professional, careful not to damage my home while they were there, and they even cleaned up the bathroom after their work. They could not have been more efficient, caring, and cost effective. I would highly recommend this company!
Every time I have called Rich for any plumbing issues, he has picked up the phone on the first call.Last year was the first time I have had to call around to find a plumber for a heating issue. Between other plumbers not picking up their phones or just not showing up, it is refreshing to find a plumber who cares and picks up on the first ring.I was able to facetime with Rich so that he could see what was wrong with the piping in my heating system (they were corroding).Rich easily deserves 5 stars for being professional and responsive.Thank you for always answering my call for help. I would like to give a special thanks to Mark and his team at Rapid Flow. They recently came to my home in Lynnfield and cleared my main drain. It was in a difficult spot, under the kitchen sink. Charlie came out, on time and extremely personable. He cleared the drain and probed it with a camera after to see the condition inside. Anthony Le came out in August. Free quote and gave a great price to refinish hardwood flooring across three units. He was happy to adjust the scope of the work once we saw how good the pricing was. He showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done and was willing to work through the weekend to finish off the remaining pieces. These floors were in rough shape and Anthony made them shine. We really enjoyed working with MAK hardwood floors!

The front desk staff and the massage therapists are super friendly and accommodating, There is nowhere else around where you can get a steam, scrub, sauna and massage for such a good price.
