“So happy we found One Step Beyond! My boys (6 and 9) tried soccer, baseball, flag football, but nothing “stuck” until we discovered karate back in March 2021. Fast forward to two classes a week (soon to be 4 ?), 2 belt tests and now a competition team/weapons (all dull, nothing sharp here), my boys couldn’t be happier. “We discovered this place through a few neighbors. We signed my son and daughter up for classes over a year ago and they love it. Sensei Kathy has a great rapport with all of her kids. It is great exercise, good skills and even a little fun mixed in. Sensei even goes out of her way to have nice events for the children such as movie night, Halloween parties and other events. We also has my daughters birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend!!!“
