“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. The subsequent urgent care bills were staggering. Tino's fear of groomers became so intense that I had to consult with his vet to obtain medication to alleviate his anxiety. Fortunately, I reached out to Janelle, and she graciously accommodated me with an early morning appointment at 6:30 am. She did an outstanding job, and Tino looks phenomenal. He was beaming with joy, showering her with kisses, and his tail was wagging ecstatically - he almost didn't want to leave the shop! I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Janelle for dedicating her time and expertise to Tino's care. I will undoubtedly return with Tino, as Janelle's professionalism, compassion, and exceptional grooming skills are unparalleled. Thank you for restoring my faith in dog groomers. “I can’t say enough great things about Deanna and The Canine Coiffure! She has been my groomer for almost two years, and the care and attention she gives to my Pomeranian are unmatched. After a previous groomer shaved his coat, Deanna worked tirelessly to restore it to health, and I’m so grateful for her expertise. She continually educates herself on new grooming techniques and even takes canine CPR classes to ensure the safety of the dogs in her care.

“As a Animal Control Officer who appreciates people who help animals, I wish I could give the Dogmother a 100 star rating!
This daycare has the biggest outdoor space that’s split into different yards along with a trainer dedicated to each group of dogs. All dogs are placed with small groups which I prefer, and always have a attendant at all times. Everything is on video 24/7 and the staff is very well trained to handle dogs and groups of dogs.

This business is very highly recommended by residents, Rescue organizations like Sweet Paws Rescue and many local ACOs , Police, Fire, and local city officials.“

“Omg! Omg! I cannot recommend Brenda at Untangled Tails enough. After working and grooming all day she gave her time, Love, and expertise to groom a dog in desperate need. I was there and watched for myself how Brenda diligently and loving groomed this poor dog who was cast matted head to toe, literally he was being chokes but the fur around his neck. I was told by vet that he would need to be put under anesthesia just to be able to groom him due to the severity of his condition. 3 plus hours later and this beautiful dog has a new lease on life, thanks to Brenda. I still am in awe of Brenda and the care and work she does for these beautiful fur babies. She is the kindest soul. Thank you again Brenda.“

“I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. I don’t know what happened that day but I am afraid to bring her back. Xena gets car sick so I bring her there because it’s 5 minutes from my home, I wish they had called me to come and get her until they could focus on her. I am disappointed and discouraged and fearful that I won’t be able to get her to go back. They were always kind and careful with her and protected her ear problems and bad Matt’s it was an overall bad day for them but Xena paid the price. I do recommend them for a crate trained dog who isn’t fearful of the process. I guess I am an overprotective mom but she had a traumatic start in life and I do everything I can to keep her calm comfortable and safe. I write this at the urging of my Vet. and it makes me sad.“

“Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

The Grooming Palace did a great job grooming my mini Yorkie, Angie. Their rates were reasonable, and the grooming was great. I definitely will go back to them.“
