I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they stock. It's all top of the line stuff, at least from what I browsed. I'll be dropping in here for all of my cats needs. And it's in a convenient location, right off the Maverick T stop, so I can pop in on my way home from work and jump right back on the T with only a 4 minute walk between.

Our nervous terrier/schnauzer went to Precious Pets for the first time today after hearing several great reviews and we are very pleased. Sabrina clearly made him feel comfortable enough that she was able to do his nails (a great feat) and gave him a beautiful summer trim, while keeping his scruffy beard and ears intact. It was our first visit with Sabrina and Precious Pets, but definitely not our last.
