The classes and nutritional guidance is phenomenal. Besides the weight and inches I lost in the challenge, I've learned to cook and eat healthy! And the ultimate bonus? Ive always wanted to try a heels class and let me tell you, this was the PERFECT place to have my first experience. Krissy meets you where you’re at and believes in you more than you believe in yourself. I felt so free, so alive, and so accepted while in this dance space. The energy is electric and the community is super loving and kind. From beginner to advanced, you belong. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!!!!!“

Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“
