“I have never heard of Formless Fitness (FF)before. I was just scrolling Google for gyms, until one day I saw “FF”. I was a little anxious about making an appointment (I was 230 pounds, considered obese), but I wanted to make a change for myself. So, when I met up with the trainer Will Wu (which also the owner of the gym), he gave off a very positive and passionate vibe for working out. He works with you every step of the way depending on how many days he meets with you. For me it’s only been two days a week. But in these past months he gave us (joined with my girlfriend) motivation to become stronger, not only physically but also mentally with how Will pushes you. Now I’m 215 and I can physically see a change in myself. So, if you are someone who wants to make a change for the better, will highly recommend this place to anyone.“

I was a dancer my whole life and since college ended, I always love to try adult dance spots to keep my passion alive! Ive always wanted to try a heels class and let me tell you, this was the PERFECT place to have my first experience. Krissy meets you where you’re at and believes in you more than you believe in yourself. I felt so free, so alive, and so accepted while in this dance space. I can't say enough about the great women that train here and the owners and trainers themselves! Everyone was friendly and encouraging from Day 1. The classes and nutritional guidance is phenomenal. Besides the weight and inches I lost in the challenge, I've learned to cook and eat healthy! And the ultimate bonus? The space offered was cozy and I can only imagen would fill with natural light during the day. This is a new location for Kristin and Mike with so much potential and room for growth. Just a few classes/events they offer Sacred Sound Immersion, Yoga, Sound Healing, A Journey Through the Chakras. Lots of options for those searching for their inner self. They also have a shop that offers crystals, beauty essentials, books, and jewelry. Kristin can even make custom wire wrapped jewelry. Did I mention Mike is a tattoo artist and photographer, and by the looks of it a very good one at that. YOU CAN GET A TATTOO while also working on your inner self at the same location you're working on your inner self. Needless to say, if you're a work in progress like I am, book yourself a class.“

“Loud music and a fast paced flow define this class. The instructor and an assistant walk around and help correct your form while the class is occurring. Taking a few yoga classes in the past helps since they don't really explain many of the poses. It's easy to get lost, especially when the music drowns out your instructor.“
