“I never write reviews but my experience with Eastern Pine has been so phenomenal that I want to get the word out about these guys. Eastern Pine has always been super timely and communicative around their prevention visits, but we recently had to have them come out for an unexpected issue. Turns out a mob of Yellowjackets decided to burrow into our wall from the outside and were making a nest inside the walls. Obviously not ideal. We messaged Eastern Pine after hours on Thursday night and they were here fixing the problem Friday morning. He was on-site within 2 hours of our call, figured out where it was hiding, and had the issue resolved by the next morning, a Sunday no less. “Bite free for one week thanks to these people! We had come back from an European holiday and while there we had to change rooms and I thought I saw a bed bug early one morning. I didn't think much about it until coming home. After about a week, both my husband and I woke up with bites each morning. I called for a dog inspection with another company and they said I have bed bugs. They also said the bed bugs were ii a suitcase but given that the suitcase wasn't with us on our trip, I wasn't convinced. I called Mike and he was very nice. I didn't tell him we had another dog inspection and I wasn't home when their dog inspected our house but when I received a call from Mike that evening he said there was an alert on the red suitcase which was the suitcase that wasn't on the trip, and that the other dog had also selected. Mike arranged for a treatment and walked us through the heat treat procedure. Gregory, the team leader was amazing, explaining everything. When we got home, it felt bug free (I know that sounds crazy). Waking up knowing that I don't have something crawling on me at night is pure bless. “A family member suggested I call Dennis for assistance with a large hornet nest on my second floor. He answered the phone when I called and made an appointment for Saturday at 9. I was concerned that the nest was so high up (almost at my roof line). I was extremely happy when the service tech arrived on time, assessed the situation and within less than 30 minutes removed the nest. They also provided a six month warranty! The price was very reasonable. Great job! I would recommend and I would call again.“

“Britany arrived on time and, per my request, inspected the exterior of my home and all the bushes surrounding my home for wasps/hornets. She treated the bald faced wasps that we knew were located in the bushes near the end of the driveway. “My experience with AAA GPC was that of outstanding and professional work by Tom P. We spoke and I explained my situation regarding a beehive nestled into our tree. Actually, turned out to be a hornet nest/hive :( as big as an NBA basketball!!!Tom P. promptly stated that he would be to our residence at 8 to allow all the insects to be inside, and remove without chaos which is exactly what occurred. Also, he followed up two days after removal to ask about any returning bees. Thank goodness there was none to report :)I would recommend them as a service provider.“

“Called for an appointment to get an assessment of potential services which was a $149.00 fee in advance (seemed reasonable). Scheduled it for 1pm but things didn’t work out on that day. He got tied up with the previous job and ran later than usual. He would have been done around 3pm. (The inspection I was receiving would take about 2 hours) It didn’t seem worth the hassle of waiting around for him to arrive later so I asked for a refund. They were more than willing to do the refund but went even further to set my mind at ease for the inconvenience. Needless to say I asked for my money and ended up rescheduling for another day. The initial first two customer service calls I made to schedule the appointment were very satisfactory. Despite all that transpired and rescheduling the end result was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to the next to weeks to see the final product of the work that was done.
