Great customer service. Carol was incredibly helpful with my issue. She gave me the option of coming in, talking over the phone or via email with extremely timely responses. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. Thank you Carol!

Boris Pest Control can come quickly and is not super expensive. However, it did not work the first time, second time or third time. And, on the third time, all tenants of all units complained the people who came were rude and were making no effort. If you say you'll fix it if it doesn't work, you have to actually fix it -- or suggest something that would.Unfortunately, we can't use them for our properties again.To the owner: feel free to call me if you disagree with the above. I'll show you the mice pictures, and the comments from my tenants.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Called these guys up and they were here before 11am. they checked the entire apartment and walked us through where the rat could be coming from and what measures they were taking. The rat was caught before they left. Hopefully this never happens again and if it does I'm calling Boris !
