An awesome experience, very kind people, and were there exactly when they said.Sometimes it's just hard to get a hold of a human in business these days. It's a maze of answering services and calling X or Y department if you need this or that. And when you do, you're rushed off the phone bc they've gotta get to the next call. Finally you'll be on house arrest for the whole day because they give you a time window of 10 hours when they might get there.P & S was the exact opposite of any of that.
