Metta Yoga Seacoast Yoga

“I went to Jan 7 years ago and loved hot yoga. I stoipped going because life got crazy busy and I pout everyone else first. I am beyond grateful that she did an email blast on her anniversary to announce a new program call Learn 2 Fly, which got me back into yoga. Best decision I have done for myself, in the past7 years. Jan is an amazing instructor and pushes you to be your best. Take time for you and learn to fly, you will be happy you did!“

Active-Soles Custom Orthotics Yoga

“Sarah was knowledgeable, thorough and provided a great experience. She spent time with me to explain what she saw and why I would benefit from the new orthotics. I even got custom sandals! My feet always hurt in the summer when I wore sandals because I couldn’t wear my orthotics with them. Now I can wear sandals and not hurt.“

Sundari Massage / Lori Watkins Yoga

“This is the best massage I have ever had and Lori is amazing.

She was communicative, thoughtful, and really, really good and untangling the mess that is my back. She was not running out the clock or phoning it in. She patiently studied each muscle, worked until it felt better and at the end she gave me some suggestions for taking care of my back. She is also just a delightful person. She was friendly, funny, and extremely accommodating when I made an appointment, and two days after my appointment she texted to check in and make sure everything still felt alright.

I cannot recommend her enough.“

Prasada Yoga Yoga

“My yoga practice at the Prasada Yoga Studio is a “present” that I feel fortunate to “unwrap” each time I visit. Having recently moved to the Seacoast, I was looking for yoga instruction and a community where I could find exercise, flexibility, friendly faces and supportive, adaptations which worked for my body. I have attended a variety of classes at Prasada, including “chill, gentle, yin, vinyasa flow, and mindful movement.” I have had the honor to practice with several talented instructors, who can encourage, support, challenge, as well as adapt or modify poses and transitions for individual students. They can help me find balance and well-being, as well as give back to the local community. At Prasada, I find I can move and “breathe” in the present, leaving the stresses of the day outside the door. I share my gratitude and highly recommend Prasada to any person, whether a novice or an experienced yogi, who is interested in “unwrapping” his/her own “present” for the new year.-Lauren Kennedy, 12-31-23“

The Modern Spiritualist Yoga

“Danielle is amazing! I did hypnosis with Danielle a few months back to quit smoking. After just one session, I was completely off the vape and nicotine free. I did 3 hypnosis sessions total with Danielle and they were 100% successful. It’s been life changing and I’m so grateful that I found Danielle so that I could finally kick the awful addiction! I can’t recommend her enough!!!“

Repose Yoga Studio Yoga

“"Repose" is an apt name for this wonderful yoga studio as that is exactly how I feel after each class—a delicious blend of tranquility and balance/poise.What makes Repose truly special are all of the great instructors. While they each have their own unique and effective way of teaching (from very gentle to more intense classes), they all share a similar approach in making their classes accessible, enjoyable, and welcoming to all. In particular, I greatly appreciate how they all emphasize the importance of focusing on how one feels in each pose, not how one looks.I've been attending classes 2-3 times per week at Repose now for a little over a year and always leave feeling lighter, more at ease in my body, and with a smile on my face. I couldn't imagine a better community of caring teachers and enthusiastic students to practice with.“

Flōte Yoga

“This place is life changing!!!! I was skeptical at first so I started with the 3 Flote package deal just to check it out.....I have never looked back! I loved it so much I signed up for the membership which is only $59 a month that includes a sauna session and a Flote. You can even bring a friend (for free) or Flote as a couple. Sometimes life gets rough but this place makes it worth it and I will stay a member for as long as I'm in existence. This place is super clean, always smells great and the staff is so kind beyond belief. AND you get to take your shoes off at the door and walk around barefoot. What's not to love?“

Sea Change Fitness & Nutrition Yoga

““While wintering in Florida, a couple of years ago, I wanted to take tennis lessons because I love running in the sun and hitting balls. I quickly realized I needed to get in shape, and stronger, since I was so out of breath and my back and knees were in pain. My husband had been working out with Dan for a few years, and suggested I try going to the gym to train with them. Panic set in. I always thought the gym was the scariest place in the world and I had no idea what to expect while working out with a personal trainer. Dan turned out to be really nice and a great teacher, not scary at all. The routines he teaches are very comprehensive and science based, working all the muscles of the body. He stresses the importance of proper nutrition and has many tips to achieve it. Dan even successfully motivates me to include cardio in my workouts. Now, I love working out and find it interesting and challenging. I can play tennis without pain and have lots of energy to run around the court. If only I could win a match; however, lack of fitness is not my problem!” -Penny P.“

Club Pilates Yoga

“I love coming to pilates! I wish the classes didn’t book up so fast. I’m technically a level 1.5 but I often have to take any class that is available and most of the time it’s a level 1 - limiting my ability to advance or grow. Lately, I’ve felt very unmotivated to attempt to book a class. I usually have to book at least a week or two in advance. I also wish we were welcomed at other club Pilates studios so we can have more options when booking classes but I understand not all memberships work the same and the more money you spend, the more options you receive. Erin is the best instructor for me. I also love Ashley but have not seen her in awhile.“
