Classes are delightful and paced towards students ability with super modifications and props galore to use ! Lots of parking near building. 4 steps get you up and inside ! Stop in for a class !! This place is my happy place!! I suffer from anxiety and fibromyalgia.i feel relaxed and at ease when I'm here.the instructors are educated and a joy to work with..if you want the best come here!! There's no snooty Ness here ..everyone is so welcoming!! Go here you'll love it!!!♡♡55

Humble Warrior Studio is a great place to practice. I struggle with flexibility and upper body strength. Michele has a great ability to understand what I need at any moment. Whether I need support or whether I need to be pushed harder. You really earn your cool down here!
