387 Lowell St, Wakefield“I am an athlete and yoga/group fitness instructor, as well as an over-50 mom with a typical desk job. After undergoing knee surgery and completing physical therapy at a large facility, I was left with limited range of motion and persistent knee pain, even after 10 sessions. I had resigned myself to the idea that my knee wouldn't improve any further. However, my fitness trainer recommended Fixxed, having had success with dry needling for his own back and shoulder issues, and I was eager to give it a try. This was back in 2020.
I met with Ariel, who combined dry needling with personalized physical therapy. Within weeks, I experienced improved strength and mobility in my knee. I also sought her help for plantar fasciitis, which was completely resolved after a few weeks of treatment. I loved how I felt after each session and appreciated that my treatments were tailored to my specific needs and highly effective, allowing me to return to my pre-surgery activity level. I continued to visit Fixxed clinicians for maintenance.
The atmosphere at Fixxed is so positive that it doesn't even feel like rehab. I am now a monthly member, receiving regular cupping and assisted stretching sessions. It's one of the best things I do for myself to keep my body feeling good.“

Cambridge/Somerville Family Chiropractors got me in immediately! I was in severe pain when I first came in; my lower back was unbearable. I just finished my third session with Dr. Carri Goldstein — and my back feels so much better. There are no words to truly express my gratitude.
Dr. Goldstein listens to her patients needs. She is kind and gentle, but doesn’t shy away from adjusting what needs to be adjusted.
Do not go anywhere else. Their staff is wonderful!“

175 Richdale Ave, Cambridge“Ben Benjamin is one of the greatest teachers and authors in the entire field of massage therapy - world-wide. He is a pioneer who is still in the frontier. He has developed and taught methods for relieving pain and tension, for optimizing performance, as well as done some great work in helping therapists with communication skills both through their hands and the information they share with clients. Honestly, studying with Ben is going to one of the SOURCES of so much that is most vital in our field. I believe every therapist should take one or more courses with Ben Benjamin. Not only is he teaching great hands-on courses, but he has a variety of superb classes on-line as well. Check him out!“

“Wow! Pain free - first time in about three years. I hurt my back at work. Went to two rounds of PT at Spaulding, but it never worked. I felt like I was destined to live the pain. I also tried acupuncture and massage - nothing worked. At some point I realized I had to give PT another shot. I went here based upon yelp reviews. Debbie is amazing. She said "I know what's wrong with you" and mentioned a muscle I had never heard of. I was pain free a few hours after my first visit. Pain free. If you are looking for PT that works - I highly recommend Cambridge PT & Sports Medicine.“

215 Newbury St #102, Peabody“I sought chiropractic care for chronic headaches about fours years ago through Blomerth Chiropractic. My experience has been wonderful and I no longer have headaches every day!
From the initial consultation to the treatment sessions, the entire experience was marked by professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being. Dr. Ellen took the time to understand the history of my headaches, conducted a thorough assessment, and explained the treatment plan in a clear and comprehensive manner.
The treatments themselves were gentle, personalized, and remarkably effective. I noticed a significant reduction in the frequency and intensity of my headaches after just a few weeks of sessions. Dr. Ellen's approach, which included adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and lifestyle recommendations, truly addressed the root cause of my headaches.
I am deeply grateful to Blomerth Chiropractic and Dr. Ellen for improving my quality of life without headaches. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking relief from chronic headaches.“

In addition he has helped brainstorm other ideas for how to continue to get to the bottom of what is causing my knee pain, which is above and beyond what I expected. Great, compassionate care.“

“I’ve been to many places for P.T in my life and honestly thought it was just something we did because we were told this was the way we had to to heal properly. I’m now at Performance and it’s a world of difference! From my first visit I felt relief in my neck and back that for years have been causing me pain! My therapist has tried new approaches for me, like Cupping to relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck. They truly care about your overall health. I never in my life have ever felt any relief from P.T until I found Performance and highly recommended it. If you are in need and have felt like nothing has ever worked for you before than this is where you belong. You will be glad you gave this place a try!!“
