I purchased my home last year and their name is on the burner and called them to service and tank fill. Without any hesitation Frank ensured me he will fill up my tank on his way home and so he did. Meeting him for the first time, he went out of his way to show me a trick or two to make sure I wouldn't go cold in the house. Did he have too? No, that could've been money in his pocket to have me place a service call for something so simple. That's true loyalty to his town of customers. Keep in mind, it was my first time meeting and asking for service. With inflations happening with gas and oil, I will keep Benway Oil has my provider always. Thanks!

The owner reached out to me on Yelp and clarified our previous conversation. He said that the company served both the full-service customer and the will-call customer, but not the non-customer. Even though I don't agree with the company's policy and I think serving non-customer would be a great way to win them over, I appreciate the owner taking initiative and reaching out. Thus, I updated my review.
