66 West St, Medway“Medway animal hospital is the ritz of vets. They are very busy and rightfully so. They care so much for their furry patients and their parents/owners. Everyone is so sweet and you know your pets are in the best care. The doctors don’t rush or push you and really care about you and your fur baby. A big shoutout to Dr. Mansfield. She is absolutely phenomenal. She has a huge heart and a true empath. When I unexpectedly lost my sweet cat Max after a week at tufts he unfortunately passed. I had his records sent over and Dr. Mansfield reviewed them and called me in the evening explaining to me her thoughts of all the results and if I had made the right decision to let him go. It was like talking to a friend- there was no rushing or judgment just pure love and understanding. She really helped me rid the guilt and understand what happened to my boy. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful supportive team to help me with my sweet boy’s health. I feel blessed knowing I have the best care for my loves. Thank you!!!“

4232 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland“Incredible service! We have a very large, young, male dog who is particular and still learning, so we had some special requests (to be let in and out without other dogs around, doesn’t do well with male drs, to use a muzzle during care) that were accommodated without question! He received vaccines, which he is not a fan of and had blood work that went exceptionally well because of the kind, patient and caring nature of the tech Marina and Dr. Fielding. When we moved to RI and finding a new Vet was stressful but we couldn’t be happier with Abbott Valley and will be with them forever! Thank you from all of us, especially Enzo!“

They went above and beyond in so many ways. Despite being heart broken and in so much pain, I had to come here and make this review just so everyone knows how wonderful this place is. THANK YOU! <3“

900 Victory Hwy, North Smithfield“So many times they have been able to give us same day appointments. Our regular vet recently changed their policy - no more wait-list, and we'd have to call exactly at 8am to get a same-day appointment. I work with offshore team, and at 8am I usually would be jumping from one meeting to another. So thankful Dr Scott and her new facility is around! We went from a one-off one time same-day sick appointment to a regular patient. And oh they retrieved one porcupine quill from our dog. Saving us another trip to the emergency vet down in E Greenwich.“

75 Locust St, Uxbridge“My mare was brought there today for an abscess on her neck, and although I wasn’t there for it (my trainer was) I can’t say enough good things about mass equine. They took care of her even though she is NOT an easy horse to handle, and got the job done. My girl will definitely be feeling much better thanks to the amazing care she received today!“

75 Locust St, Uxbridge“Thank you so much MA Equine for helping my horse, Salem! After having a terrible experience with another vet in Rhode Island, I reached out to Massachusetts Equine for a second opinion. They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. We had Dr. Andrea and she was fantastic.Thank you so much!Dustyn and Salem“

300 Eliot St, Ashland“The Family Pet Hospital is fantastic. Our dog has been going to FPH for her vet care, grooming, day-care, and boarding since she came home nearly 3 years ago. Every single member of the team at FPH is kind, competent, and caring. Top 3 reasons to go to FPH for your pet:
1. Staff - the Veterinarians, the Vet-techs, front-desk staff, day-care staff, groomers - everyone truly cares about the dogs and cats that walk in through the door. I can see that by how much our dog clearly has a bond with all of them, and how much she wants to go in the door whenever we're there. This is remarkable for a place where the dogs get all their shots with scary needles and get groomed.
2. Competence: everyone knows their job, wants to do it well, and show up to work everyday with skill and engagement. I've never had a single interaction with FPH where I thought they didn't care or they didn't know what they're doing.
3. At a time where the costs of pet-care is up across the board, FPH's prices are fair. They seem to charge what they need to in order to run a well-managed organization that takes care of its staff.“

They scheduled us an appointment and walked us through the new patient / intake process. We saw Dr. Karen and Lynn was our veterinarian technician. Both were very nice! Took time to explain the procedures, test, etc that we would need for our dog and answered all our questions. They were extremely good at what they do and were able to make our dog feel less anxious and my wife and I couldn’t be happier we found them! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area in need of a vet :)“

329 West St, Milford“Dr. Augusto and his staff was amazing. My cat got into a scuffle with a racoon on a Sunday, so I had to bring her to PetMedic Urgent Care in Westborough. They put a splint, cast and cone on my girl and said she would have to keep it on for 4 weeks (it was painful to watch her and didn't think we could live through this for a month). On Monday I called Milford Animal Hospital to make a follow up appointment on Wednesday. Dr. Augusto and his team were very attentive and compassionate. Dr. Augusto immediately took to the cast, splint and cone off which was such a relief. I don't think my cat would have healed as quickly with a cast and cone (and it would have been torture for her and us). She has healed naturally and quickly thanks to the team at Milford Animal Hospital. I am so thankful! I highly recommend Milford Animal Hospital and Dr. Augusto.“

I took the cat to PawSteps to have it scanned. They were very friendly and took care of the procedure right away. Unfortunately this cat was not chipped. I am fostering it for now.“
“I can’t say enough good things. My husband and I called around in an emergency late at night for my sick chicken who was suffering. My local vet emergency hospital was rude to me, stating they had to charge the price of a dog and it would be $400. I called another place in the area who were very nice but their pricing was similar.
I finally called Tufts around 9pm, this was our first experience with them. They are a little far from our home but it was well worth the drive. They were excellent from beginning to end. Their prices were more than fair, I believe because it’s a research university hospital. They were welcoming, patient, and understanding, and the hospital itself is very nice. They have a super comfortable large waiting area with well stocked snack machines and I believe they even have coffee.
We were able to donate the chicken to research, which there is a great need for with poultry.
Our sincere thanks to the whole team who helped us, from reception to checkout. We have already told our family and friends about our experience and we will definately be utilizing your services in the future.“

53 Willard St, North Grafton“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.“
“We have 4 cats and have been going to this clinic for their care for the last 12 years.
The staff is helpful and enjoyable to interact with. They clearly care about your pets and their quality of life.
This clinic saved one of my cats when she cleaned all the flea/tick treatment off of our other cat and poisoned herself. They jumped into action immediately and saved her life.
They recently got new doctors and I was nervous about the change, but the new staff they brought in has been top notch.“
