I asked a simple question and he took the time to ensure we got the right nose grips and he even went above and beyond to clean my sons glasses and fix the grips. Such a nice act of kindness, really made my day! Thank you.“

They actually opened their store came in made her glasses and I had them within an hour on a Sunday! Amazing! My daughter has been wearing glasses since she was two. “Hands down the absolute best place in Medford for all of your optical needs. Riccardo assisted me with putting new lenses in an existing pair of sunglass frames. He really took his time to understand my needs and made helpful suggestions on how to adjust the frames. My new setup is much more comfortable and I can see tremendously better! “Simple & efficient I made an appointment on Monday and showed up on Friday at 9 am. Despite being a new patient, I only needed to fill out 2 forms and waited 5 minutes for the front desk to process my information and start pre-screening. Doctor saw me 5 minutes after pre-screening completed. Overall, I spent 35 minutes from entry to exit. With insurance, I paid $20 for the eye exam and an additional $40 to get a retina scan.“

“Brought my Mom in for some diagnostics. Our tech, Sandra A., was phenomenal. She was extremely patient with my limited mobility mother and spent as much time as my Mom needed to feel comfortable and informed regarding treatment. Sandra’s professionalism offset the fact that Tufts didn’t have any wheelchairs available for handicapped patients. If it were not for our incredible tech, this review would have only warranted 2 stars.“

“Best eye doctors around! I saw Dr. Ah-kine, OD, faao and she is wonderful! I had an eye condition she had the solution! Couldn’t have been more understand and thorough. When my insurance didn’t cover an eye drop she worked with me until we found one that was. I cant say enough good things about her! Run don’t walk to Dartmouth Street Vision Center!!!“
