I asked a simple question and he took the time to ensure we got the right nose grips and he even went above and beyond to clean my sons glasses and fix the grips. Such a nice act of kindness, really made my day! Thank you.“

“I never write reviews, BUT I had no choice with this amazing duo! My daughter broke her glasses. The office was closed until Tuesday but I put a call in and left a message of what happened. They actually opened their store came in made her glasses and I had them within an hour on a Sunday! Amazing! My daughter has been wearing glasses since she was two. It would take me weeks to get a replacement. I will never go anywhere else for her exams and glasses! I’m a loyal customer for life!“

Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. She was extremely patient with my limited mobility mother and spent as much time as my Mom needed to feel comfortable and informed regarding treatment. Sandra’s professionalism offset the fact that Tufts didn’t have any wheelchairs available for handicapped patients. If it were not for our incredible tech, this review would have only warranted 2 stars.“
