“Len Gibely Contracting installed gutters in December 2018, and in early 2024 i experienced a difficulty with one major gutter in front of my house not having the right pitch for draining. I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. After a few days passed , Deb called me following up with my concern . . .this is impressive most company will wait for the call. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage. Great job and a no nonce company doing good business and caring about customer . . . 100 %“

“I had shingles damaged on my roof during last week's wind storms. More winds on the Friday night before Easter caused more issues and the banging noise kept us up most of the night. “Gary at Fitzpatrick roofing is hands down one of the best guys I have had the pleasure to do work with. Their company did our re-roofing for our Brownstone in Boston MA. Our old roof was done previously by them and even 9 years later when we has some leak problems he came out and did the patches no questions asked because it was still under warranty. So when it came time for a re-roof it was a no brainer to go with Fitzpatrick roofing again. He had even helped us our on gutter re-attachment and pigeon wire where other companies weren't interested because the job was too small. “Last big rainstorm, I noticed that my roof had leaked. I had dreaded having another repair service come out as I have been burned in the past with incompetent workers (resulting in multiple visits to actually resolve the problem) and over charging. Highly recommend SML Roofing and repair! I selected them based on ratings but also the fact they give elderly and veterans discounts. I felt that said a lot about the values of the company and I wasn't wrong. This husband and wife team are warm and responsive and they were out the next day and very apologetic about not being able to come out that same day. They were very reasonably priced and he even went above and beyond. It seems like in this world between Covid and inflation businesses seem more out for money and this concept personal connection, quality work and going above and beyond while being very fairly priced and guaranteeing work is now the exception rather than the norm. It's nice to now some people trust to u to mail a check after the fact . He also notice that I needed just 1 gutter shield not 2 others so it saved me a lot of money . He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. Every step of the way we knew what was going and who was going to be in our kitchen and when so we were able to plan around it. Prices were very reasonable. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support. Really, we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and the whole experience!“

“Very happy with my service from this company. Had a "small job" I reached out on, within a day they came and did a walkaround for the estimate. We found some creative solutions to my issues (note, I did the PVC work in the photo below, and worked with them to ensure alignment with the downspouts they installed) with water drainage and then the next day they came out and executed on it. They did exactly what was discussed during the walkaround and the pricing was very reasonable. Super happy, would recommend to anyone seeking gutter or downspout work!“

“We have a 1920s Craftsman Bungalow that had an aging tile roof and plenty of exterior wood rot in need of fixing. Joe and Luis and the team took on the job and did beautiful work replacing the roof, repairing the crown molding and other exterior detailing that was in need of love. They also rebuilt our upstairs balcony with custom curved railings, to match the original, and did a full house scrape, sand, and repaint.
