In January, after the first of the major wind storms this winter, I had a leak in a familiar place in the roof. It would happen once every five or six years or so depending on the gale force direction. It happened a week later with the next bad storm and I knew I had to do something immediately. Looked up roofers in Quincy, saw Secure Roofing and noted they were local with great reviews. Called them first and Mike was immediately responsive! He came over at 7:30 AM the next day, found the problem and he and his workers came back in a few hours and fixed it pronto! He was fair in price and easy with which to do business. We simply cannot say enough about our experience with Secure Roofing. Having received a roof repair estimate for our condo building, and putting the job off until next spring, we called for an estimate on a specific leaking problem in our unit that needed attention before the winter sets in. Mike was there the next day for an assessment, showed up with an estimate the following day, and did the repair in a morning (with the amazing Juan Lima) two days later. They even went above and beyond by repairing a gutter that had sprung a joint and created cascades of water every time it rained. The price was more than fair and the work is impeccable. We had some shingles come loose during a storm and needed to find someone who could come fix it quickly. Mike was super responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. Pricing was fair and work quality was good. We will be calling Secure Roofing again in the future.
