“Prompt, efficient and professional. National Grid change out my gas meter. In doing so they were unable to re light the pilot on the furnace. Technicians Paul and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced a part, re lit the pilot and tested the furnace to ensure it was operational. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. “Tavio and his crew are troubleshooting experts when it comes to drains. He came out, and checked on a stoppage my fiancé and I were experiencing in our bathroom sink. Since our pipes are old he started with the least aggressive technique (air compression). When that didn’t work he called his crew mate Dave who had the rooter van, which worked without any issue. “Great service. We called and set up an emergency service to resolve an issue with our forced hot water radiatior system. Our tech, Shawn, arrived within 20 minutes and solved the problem promptly and without issue.

Service was steep for a 10 minute fix, but that's the cost of calling for emergency service rather than scheduling an appointment.

Will utilize Crombie again in the future.“
