Very professional and knowledgeable. My remote starter malfunctioned a couple times and I went to him to get it fixed and it was a great experience every time. “We had an issue with our GE Cafe gas oven recently, and contacted Charland Appliance Center. Michael Charland came that same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, went out of his way (with persistence) to locate and obtain the required parts, and got the oven running properly. It turns out that the original installation over 5 years ago (from a different company) was not done correctly, not converting all valves from Natural Gas to Propane, which has been a significant safety issue unbeknownst to us! Again arrived on schedule, spent another hour replacing parts, everything working just fine. 3 year warranty on appliance is hard to beat. Reasonable pricing.
