“Absolutely the best. They did our whole roof a number of years ago at a competitive price, and it has held up beautifully. One small area had some moss damage recently - our fault for not paying attention to what was growing after 10+ years under a shaded area - and they just did the repair. Again, at a competitive price, and to their credit they did not try to talk me into a whole new roof (to quote Bob, "I don't want to sell you a roof you don't need"). Amazing, right? They bent over backwards to match the color of the shingles used for the repair since the original shingles were no longer available, and did some additional work on the vents and chimney flashing that they found was needed when they came, at no extra charge. “We recently had our roof re-done by Willard Roofing. The roof was probably close to 30 years old and had some very poor repairs done by another roofer Willard had to fix. In addition to the main shingle roof they did 3 cooper window pans, shingle roofing on a screen porch and shed and a flat, rubber roof over the kitchen. It was a big job! Willard was fantastic from start to finish. Parker Willard, the owner, was very available to discuss options and answer questions questions. James, the project manager, also worked closely and was very patient with all the concerns I had that everything was done correctly on this complex job. Sergio, the lead, was an artist with his carpentry and copper skills and his son, Alex, was helpful in noticing and correcting any issues. The entire experience went incredibly well and was very fairly priced for the amazing work we received! I would whole-heartedly endorse Willard for any roofing work you need done!“

There was an issue about the structure of my porch and Nova delayed there work and even sent a carpenter as an objective expert (he was not to be part of the roof project) to help me understand what estimates and plan was the best one for me to choose. “Gary at Fitzpatrick roofing is hands down one of the best guys I have had the pleasure to do work with. Their company did our re-roofing for our Brownstone in Boston MA. Our old roof was done previously by them and even 9 years later when we has some leak problems he came out and did the patches no questions asked because it was still under warranty. So when it came time for a re-roof it was a no brainer to go with Fitzpatrick roofing again. He had even helped us our on gutter re-attachment and pigeon wire where other companies weren't interested because the job was too small. He's a guy that knows sometimes its the small jobs that keep customers happy and willing to stick with him over the years. Awesome experience and great customer service.
