Quick and easy and I already know it’ll be more affordable than mgb bc I went to urgent care for the same trivial, common thing a few months ago. Rather than a full work up, I got a swab and go.
The whole set up and system that is put in place as far as the wait time and registration of patients is Awesome! I definitely approve of the televised machine where it list the wait time and patients name. And the facility is also understanding of families with minor children. They provide healthy snacks and a table with activities to keep the busy children Occupied. My only advice is for the front desk Receptionist to provide more of a pleasant Demeanor or smile more. She was not unprofessional, but part of customer service comes with warm welcome & presentation.
I was so grateful to have gotten an appt. the day before Thanksgiving, with no wait time. I was in and out within 30 min. and left with a prescription. My PCP did not have ANY availability across many office locations. If I hadn't got that appt. with AFC, it would have turned into an ER visit.
