“We hired A&A Services Home Improvement to replace 30 windows, including 2 sliders and 2 casement windows we replaced with double hung windows. From our first interaction with owner Chris Zorzy, our appointment with Sean, through the installation and follow up for a couple minor fixes they were a pleasure to work with.The biggest plus for us was no high-pressure sales or upselling. Sean also checked a dormer roof my husband thought needed to be replaced. He said the roof was fine and so was an exterior door my husband thought should be replaced. He also suggested replacing our Velux skylights with fixed skylights since we never open them. I’m not sure other companies would have been as honest. And their warranty is one of the best. Ten years on the installation and lifetime on the windows, and based on their reviews they stand by their warranty.Scott and his team of 7 were long-time employees (20+ years) and 2 men who installed windows for another major window replacement company. They were professional, respected our property and easy to communicate with. The job was done in 2 ½ days during the coldest week of the year. Despite the cold they did their best to minimize the timing the windows were open to the elements and hung a drop cloth when they were replacing the sliders with windows. When they were done the house was cleaner than when they started.Sean checked in during the installation and afterwards to review the work. During the follow up visit we mentioned a couple minor things we wanted fixed, there was no pushback at all, and someone was out the next week.Finally, we’ve had numerous home improvement projects done over the past 40 years and I think it’s the first time we’ve ever received a thank you note. I’m sure there will be more home improvement projects in our future and when the time comes, we won’t hesitate to call A&A Services Home Improvement again.“

“We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom.A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. Marvin again came out some time later and we informed them that since we only have 1 bathroom that it would be imperative that they do it during our yearly vacation so we could vacate our house and leave them to do the job.We took an enormous leap of faith with Mavy home improvement but once we met Marvin, we felt really good about leaving our home in his hands. Marvin and Ivy’s lines of communication during the work was more than impressive, we received almost daily updates of the work with pictures and whenever there was a design or materials question , we’d get a call from Marvin asking what we wanted done.We received word that the job was completed a full 4 days before we got home along with pictures of the completed bathroom renovation.Marvin then did a walkthrough of the job and explained all the work they did with my wife. We reiterated that we could not be happier with the finished job or more satisfied with the level of customer service and communication they showed to us as clients.I know the apprehension of hiring a contractor and hoping for someone who is honest and of the highest integrity, well it’s Mavy home improvement. “If I'd known about Versatile Builders sooner, I would have remodeled my full bathroom years ago! Jimmy Vo and his crew are true professionals. Starting a home renovation project can be an intimidating experience. However, from our initial meeting, Jimmy made everything easy. He patiently explained the process in detail, provided a clear estimate - outlining the steps, costs and what I would be responsible for purchasing - and, answered my multiple questions along the way. Once they started the job, Jimmy proactively communicated with me to provide status updates and to help address any hiccups that arose along the way (i.e., Lowes delivered the wrong bathtub. Within minutes, Jimmy had coordinated with the plumbers to order and pick up a new one for me the next day, using their discount!). Most importantly, he was very forthcoming about anticipated timing for project completion and managed to finish the job even earlier than expected! The entire crew was friendly and absolutely meticulous. Everything from the beautiful tile work to the plumbing job (relocating to an interior wall) to the electrical and the perfect paint job indicated that the crew takes pride in their work. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend Versatile Builders. My small Cape bathroom now rivals any spa!“
