We recently had New England Carpentry rebuild our 14' exterior staircase. Gil Bosanelli and his team did an excellent job. They took down the rickety old steps and replaced them with a new set that is more solidly built, safer, that will last for many years. They came on time, on budget, and were very reasonably priced. Gil was terrific. Was on time for appt, pointed out some other problems due to no flashing when deck installed, and sent quote for replacement of door and frame, installing flashing, and bracing support beam. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional and efficient.
