“Our nervous and anxious dog has always had a hard time going to the vet, but we’ve finally found a place that is able to treat him without him experiencing a panic attack. What they are doing works wonders!

In terms of pricing, it is reasonable, I appreciate the treatment and prices so much so to drive out of my way +35 without traffic.

“I have been taking my new puppy to Petiquette for the last four months since we got him and have had such a great experience! Jen and her team have really shown care to us and do a great job with the groom on top of that. Bringing a new puppy to the groomers can be stressful as you want them to have a good experience off the bat. Jen was very welcoming when we wanted to bring Harvey in before his first appointment to socialize him to the new environment as well as Jen and her team, who were so kind and even gave him a little nail trim during his visit! He has had three grooms since then and each one is better and better! They always let us know how he does with each appointment, and they have the patience to work with him as the grooming process is still pretty new! He was having a bad morning when I dropped him off at Petiquette after getting spooked on a walk, but when I picked him up he was all smiles and happy. Samantha did a great job with his most recent groom pictured, and we can’t wait for his next appointment!“

Just recently moved in by marina bay & use their walking services, they send a little report card showing the route, length of walk (including time), if they peed/pooped, & a cute picture. Wish they had more openings in the daycare, but makes sense why they are so full! Communication has been great as well! Definitely recommend with any dog needs :)“

“I just brought my Cavapoo to Jayme at Grooming Palace. Its a lil hole in the wall, bare bones place but she did such a great job. She was able to remove tarter from her teeth and save me hundreds that my vet wanted to charge me for removal.I will definitely bring my girl back.I definitely recommend this place.“

“Omg! Omg! I cannot recommend Brenda at Untangled Tails enough. After working and grooming all day she gave her time, Love, and expertise to groom a dog in desperate need. I was there and watched for myself how Brenda diligently and loving groomed this poor dog who was cast matted head to toe, literally he was being chokes but the fur around his neck. I was told by vet that he would need to be put under anesthesia just to be able to groom him due to the severity of his condition. 3 plus hours later and this beautiful dog has a new lease on life, thanks to Brenda. I still am in awe of Brenda and the care and work she does for these beautiful fur babies. She is the kindest soul. Thank you again Brenda.“

“When I moved to East Boston mid 2021 it has been a couple of years since my little guy had been to a structured daycare. By that point there had been a lot of changes in life, personal and work, on top of spending 24/7 by my side the past 2 years. When I mentioned this to a close friend he had nothing but amazing things to say about Harbor Hounds. The amazing difference he saw in his timid pup with her confidence was night and day. While my little dude is anything but timid, his anxiety (seperation and otherwise) was at an all time high.My dog has been at Harbor Hounds for 2 years now and cannot say enough great things. Sarah, Lindsey and the rest of the employees there are beyond kind and caring. No matter the day, every time I drop him off his tail is always wagging. They let Yuki be Yuki all while helping him improve and learn along the way. It's made a huge difference in both his and my life.“

“There are no words to truly show how much Dogwood Cottage has meant to us and to our dog, Leo, since we started going in 2021. We had tried a different place before, which made Leo nervous around dogs and humans. When we went to Dogwood, Leo loved playing with the sweet group of dogs that come to daycare- he even has a few girlfriends there now! We love seeing the pictures/videos of him playing with his buddies on the Dogwood Cottage Instagram and seeing how happy he is every time he goes! The love, and attention, and patience that the staff shows Leo continues to be above and beyond— it has helped Leo come out of his shell with humans. I know that a large reason for this staff culture is due to the leadership of Dogwood’s manager, Carl James. Not only is Carl incredibly knowledgable about dogs and their behavior, but I have come to know Carl closely and feel that I can speak to his kindness, dedication, and selflessness. He deeply cares for the dogs that come to Dogwood as well as the satisfaction of their human owners. Carl is responsive, responsible, organized, thoughtful, and I will always completely trust Leo in him and his staff’s care. Carl consistently goes above and beyond. Any place that Carl is, is a place that is lucky to have him and a place that we trust 100%.“

“Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

“I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. I don’t know what happened that day but I am afraid to bring her back. Xena gets car sick so I bring her there because it’s 5 minutes from my home, I wish they had called me to come and get her until they could focus on her. I am disappointed and discouraged and fearful that I won’t be able to get her to go back. They were always kind and careful with her and protected her ear problems and bad Matt’s it was an overall bad day for them but Xena paid the price. I do recommend them for a crate trained dog who isn’t fearful of the process. I guess I am an overprotective mom but she had a traumatic start in life and I do everything I can to keep her calm comfortable and safe. I write this at the urging of my Vet. and it makes me sad.“

“Earlier this week I had a family Wake and Funeral to attend. It was going to be too much to drop my dog off and pick him up in the allotted timeframe. They rescheduled me for a few days later. They asked me about my family member and expressed sympathy over the phone. Come to Saturday, I drop my dog off to be groomed. The girl who took my call a few days earlier pulled me aside and asked me about my family member. The amount of empathy and kindness that the workers have at this shop is astounding! They love and care for your pet and their clients. They genuinely care. They are so busy and I knew it wouldn't be convenient or easy to reschedule me so soon and didn't expect them to, but they made it happen. I wish I could give them 10 stars! They are great people and do a fantastic job!!“

“Dewberry Dogs Spa is AMAZING -- they always do such a great job with our little Frenchie & Boston Terrier (and our Frenchie is NOT an easy one to get into a bath or use 'the evil blow dryer' on!) They always fit us in when we make a request to give our pups a bath, and their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend.“

The vibe is warm and friendly and the owner is clearly committed to creating a hospitable and professional environment. “Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. “This review is long overdue! Janelle is amazing with every dog, including mine! I have been taking Rainier to her for last 2.5 years now. What I love about her and this place is that she doesn’t take all dogs at the same time and keeping them for 6+ hours (yes, I have been to many groomers in last 5 years) and she is fast and efficient- Rainier is out within 1.5 hrs max looking dapper every time ?“
