This last one he and his team replaced our entire 100yr old slate roof (with new slate he sourced from the same quarry as the original), repointed the chimneys, all new sub roof, rubber roofs, copper work, new gutters, painting and stucco repairs. His esthetics are meticulous and thoughtful. He thinks about the budget, the history of the property and the client. He is easy to work with, clear, straight forward and professional. I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.

Gabriel, the GC owner, was both collaborative and accommodating. He facilitated multiple reviews of the project with his HVAC experts, offering valuable suggestions on design and equipment to optimize the installation and performance while addressing my specific needs.
The installation was executed to the highest standard. In addition to installing air handlers and condensers, we upgraded our attic spaces with spray foam insulation and replaced old plastic "accordion" style ductwork with new insulated sheet metal throughout the house. A ductless cassette was also installed in the great room, perfectly suited for the space and almost imperceptible.
I cannot commend the specialty crews enough for their professionalism. They were punctual, neat, and exceptionally skilled, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the post-installation support has been excellent.
I highly recommend Iwano & Sons and their team for their outstanding service and dedication.

“NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.“
