Can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet! I’ve been coming here for yeeaars!! Met Dr. Smith when he still at LensCrafters at the Galleria mall, (totally giving my age here haha) followed him to Pro Optical and the experience has been amazing as ever with every visit! Dr. Bao-Kim is awesome! Always full of energy & great memory ?. Sandra the receptionist, super professional & knowledgeable - I always tell her what are they going to do if she ever leaves hahah. She is one of the few people who can actually pronounce my full name (despite my 1-2 yearly appearances) which always takes me by surprise haha. After going to the same eye doctor for 19 years, it was time to change to be closer to my new office. So glad to have found the folks at Pro Optical. All around an exceptional experience, easy to order new contacts, and wonderful selection of eyeglasses. The Pro Optics team could not have been more helpful and friendly.
