“Dr Tracey left and I thought about leaving. I met with Dr. Flynn and she was amazing! Such a nice person, wasn’t rushed and answered all my questions. She did the whole exam in front of me and you can tell she loves her job. My dog ended up needing an urgent surgery, they sent a referral over to Bulgers and Dr. Flynn even hooked me up with pet insurance. I told all of my family how impressed I was by her! She even called me on her lunch break the next day to check in on my dog. The nurses and reception staff have always been so great. I’m definitely staying at river road.“

“They've been able to get my dogs in for urgent appointments, and we moved our elderly husky there because they were able to get her in same day for an urgent foot issue that ultimately required surgical intervention that they performed. She did fantastic, we were there several times over two weeks for follow ups. Had another urgent issue arise and they were still able to fit in same day.“

“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“

“Dr Hanson and her amazing team cared for my dog for the last 15 years including many tough times. When he was attacked in the woods years ago Dr Hanson saved his life (fixing what an emergency vet did wrong). she treated seizures and did dental surgery and always cared for him with love. “Dr.Kim is one of the most kind hearted veterinarians I have ever been to over all the years that I have owned my dog Bella and now my baby kitten raven ! North bridge handles everything for us from the routine care of our young horses to the more sophisticated maintenance of our competition horses to the emergencies that always seem to happen on Friday night or a holiday weekend. I wouldn't trust the health and soundness of our horses to any other practice!“

“Dr. Walker and the rest of the staff were amazing when my sister was faced with the hardest decision she had to make for her dog. He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. “I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.“

“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be using this vet in the future.“

“It has taken me a few months to write this review, as our outcome was not a happy one. Our sweet pittie, Sugar, had been experiencing relentless blood in her stool and several doctors were unable to figure out what was going on. Enter Dr. Kern. My husband and I are so grateful for this man for discovering what was wrong. Determined isn't strong enough of a word to describe his approach to figuring out what was going on with our sweet girl. Dr. Amato was her incredible surgeon and the level of care couldn't have been better. You could really feel her thoroughness and love for Sugar. Dr. Matthews and the oncology team showered our girl with love (and treats!) with every chemo appointment. I don't know how its possible, but Sugar was even happier after leaving the hospital. Though our girl fought so hard to stay, we did have to make the difficult decision to say goodbye so she didn't suffer. The empathy and care they took into this was so greatly appreciated. Being able to be there for your little love while they depart in such a caring environment truly is a gift. We miss our girl so much, but in all the darkness of grief, we are reminded of MCRH and how thankful we are for the love and help with her quality of life in her last few months. They gave us more time with our girl. If you are on the fence at all with bringing your pet here, please trust me in saying that they put their whole heart and soul into what they do. They treat your animal as if they were their own.“

“My pets have been patients of Belvidere Hospital for several years now. We live right in the neighborhood and love the convenience. While we've had great experiences with several of the Doctors there, we love Dr. Harvey! She is on another level with our pups! They are always nervous at the vet, but once she comes in they relax and happily take treats from her. She just has a way with them, they really connect. We recently had to put one of our dogs to sleep and on her dying day she managed a little tail wag when Dr. Harvey came in. The staff is also amazing, caring, sympathetic and accommodating! I know that they felt our pain the day we had to put our baby girl down.“
