They're very professional and caring, as well as affordable. The only drawback I find is they don't seem to keep computer records. They warn you that if you lose your receipt they can't replace it.

My cat Webster goes there and he is a Prince - You don't take a Prince just anywhere. No over testing at all to drive up the bill. My observation is they are not in this for the money but are committed to the betterment of mankind and animalkind.

I brought my dog here for repeat blood work yesterday and Sara was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time to this location but I've been to a few of the other offices within the Boston Pet Clinic network. Sara and Dr. Martin were gentle with my dog and very quick with the blood draw. The other customers I met while I was waiting seemed very pleased with the service they received. Sara was also very attentive to their needs and questions as well. Dr. Martin called today to discuss my dog's results and plans moving forward. I am extremely happy with the care they have shown to my animal.
