“I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion and kindness for what you are going through with your pet. I've been to many in my years growing up and may I say I've never found one like this. Perfect customer service from the front staff, technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable and all of the doctors are simply amazing and attentive to all of my four cats individual needs. I primarily see Dr. Mackey but have also seen two other wonderful vets there. I drive 40 miles after moving but I don’t mind the drive because they are worth every mile. “They treat my 10 years old, long haired Chihuahua ?(coco) really well! And the veterinarian went above, and beyond explaining everything to me. Unfortunately coco's heart murmer got worse pretty fast, and he's being tested today for cushions( which would explain his excessive amount of drinking water, and eating). He's on a strict diet now. He only eats royal canin for adult Chihuahuas Also, the staff is so sweet and welcoming I don't have any complaints at this time. I definitely would recommend this vet?“

“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. “Under the circumstances, I had the best experience with PetMedic in Burlington, MA. My dog (Ollie) was vomiting and diarrhea pure blood. I called PetMedic and was seen within 30 minutes of calling. They put us directly into our room and seen by the doctor right away. Dr. Nathan DeCosmo was amazing with Ollie and was extremely thorough with me. With the physical exam and blood work , Dr. DeCosmo was right on spot with Ollie's diagnosis. PetMedic 100% blew my expectations away!! Thank you for caring for Ollie. ?“
