Soap got exactly what I was looking for to relieve stress.
This was the 2nd best massage of my life, I’m not kidding!! It was calm, peaceful, then the deep tissue work began and I managed my breath work/responsibility so that we worked in concert.
I’m physically knot-free and stress-free again and upon leaving the appointment had very grounded and intentional conversation with Soap; he is so in tune with his clients that we recounted the moments in the treatment that we were both in a rhythm and got some deep knots out of my body…

“I came by during the open house "walk through the villages". What a beautiful open clean space! I instantly felt like my stresses were melting through the floor. “When we arrived, the location lost our reservation due to a system upgrade. However, the hostess was able to accommodate our group's needs for a table. The server was awesome. He was able to recommend food and drinks for all and assist in arranging tokens for our party. We were quite disappointed that the elk burger was not on the restaurant menu any longer even though the elk burger is still listed on the location website menu. The games were great; everyone in our party were hesitant to play the games until actually getting into the fun and playing the game. There was karaoke but it seemed nearly impossible to just sign up for a song. The food was great; the drinks were great; the server was AWESOME! Great place for entertainment and dinner when in Salem.“
“Paul is an experienced massage therapist. He was very skilled and the conversation was interesting, informative and amusing. It is a casual sports and fitness club atmosphere and Paul is a super cool guy. After my massage, he took me downstairs to the gym and showed me a roller I should get (and told me where to get it online) and showed me the exercises I should do to loosen up the main areas of my back that were super tight and causing some other back pain. Super massage!“

In the warm weather some classes are held on the porch with a beautiful view of the lake.Inside, I have found an open and friendly yoga community and wonderful and experienced teachers. Classes are different and there’s a lot of classes to choose from. Grateful to have found this space right off route 1 to practice.“
“I've only had three sessions with Jessica, so far, but I can tell it's making a difference.
I injured my right quad during the summer of 2022, ignored the pain because I thought it would "just go away," and as a result, by the fall of 2022 I was limping badly on both legs--due to overcompensation/limping from the initial injury.
I had two rounds of "traditional" physical therapy during calendar year 2023, and it helped, but nothing has been able to rid me of the constant pain and other issues associated with the injuries, especially in my left quad/left hip flexor, and occaionally in other areas, including the right quad and right knee. My range of motion and ability to do simple things such as bend over to pickup items that have fallen on the floor has been significantly affected.
I finally decided to give MFR therapy a try because I had the sense that general tightness in the affected areas was a key issue.
Jessica's treatments have already resulted in improved range of motion and less pain. I'm not all the way back, yet, but I do feel even after just three sessions that I'm finally on the right track, and I look forward to being able to move around like a normal man my age again once I've completed more sessions with her.“
