FIXXED Physical Therapy

“I am an athlete and yoga/group fitness instructor, as well as an over-50 mom with a typical desk job. After undergoing knee surgery and completing physical therapy at a large facility, I was left with limited range of motion and persistent knee pain, even after 10 sessions. I had resigned myself to the idea that my knee wouldn't improve any further. However, my fitness trainer recommended Fixxed, having had success with dry needling for his own back and shoulder issues, and I was eager to give it a try. This was back in 2020.

I met with Ariel, who combined dry needling with personalized physical therapy. Within weeks, I experienced improved strength and mobility in my knee. I also sought her help for plantar fasciitis, which was completely resolved after a few weeks of treatment. I loved how I felt after each session and appreciated that my treatments were tailored to my specific needs and highly effective, allowing me to return to my pre-surgery activity level. I continued to visit Fixxed clinicians for maintenance.

The atmosphere at Fixxed is so positive that it doesn't even feel like rehab. I am now a monthly member, receiving regular cupping and assisted stretching sessions. It's one of the best things I do for myself to keep my body feeling good.“

The Method Performance and Physical Therapy, LLC Physical Therapy

“I can’t say recommend The Method enough. I worked with Claire for prenatal support beginning in my third trimester until about 5 months postpartum. Each visit is completely customized to your needs and Claire helped me with everything from hip pain to pelvic floor therapy to wrist strengthening (a must for carrying twins around!). I was able to get back to safely exercising with modifications that Claire provided and she was always available via email/the app to answer questions. It was amazing to find a PT clinic that has so much expertise in women’s health and postpartum recovery - they were able to anticipate where I needed support before I even knew what to ask.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Caddoo for over a decade now for various injuries or flare-ups. His skill and knowledge are unmatched in the area. My entire family has seen him over the years, mostly for ART and Graston therapy. I’ve learned a lot from Dr. Caddoo over the years about how tightness in one area will cause strain and pain in another. He is very active in the world of sports therapy and incredibly knowledgeable about injuries and current treatment options. The treatment is often uncomfortable by nature, but it’s effective and Dr. Caddoo’s affable character helps to distract. He has a seemingly endless supply of athletes and patients coming his way, so he will treat you in just the amount of visits necessarily to get you fixed and on your way. You’ll be lucky to see him if you find yourself in pain or injured.“

“BSM was recommended for PT after my knee meniscus repair. I told them I wanted to be ready to train asap for my climb in the Cascades later in the summer. Emily and Kyra were on board right away. Their commitment and professional dedication to my recovery was awesome. They pushed me to push myself with all of their focus, humor and kindness. The entire BSM staff are wonderful and would recommend them for any of your PT needs.“

“I stumbled across an ad for Wilmington back and spine on Facebook. I've been overweight my whole life and just had gastric bypass surgery last June. Since all the weight loss I've started having extremely bad back pain with no relief from several different remedies. So I decided to give this one last try as I just can't continue living in this pain. The minute I met the Doctor he hit the problem just like a hammer hits a nail on the head!! I'm on disability and don't work he worked with me to figure out a payment plan to worked for us both. Right there and then I got my first Treatment!!! The nurses were a joy I was blown away!! I'm so happy I made the choice to stop feeling pain and to come here. I can't wait to see the results!!“

“My partner struggled with ankle and low back pain for the past 5 years. He spent thousands on another PT and chiropractor, but the issue kept coming back. I heard about Dr. Jia and his bottom up, nervous system approach and suggested he work with him. After his first appointment, he came home giddy- he literally walked in the door and said "Look! I can do this! And this! With no pain!" So thank you, Dr. Jia for your brilliant work and for relieving my partner's pain!“

Work It Out Physical Therapy, LLC Physical Therapy

“I worked with Brian for a couple of months rehabilitating from a muscle injury from sports. He was fantastic throughout the process: easy to reach and schedule an initial consultation, full evaluation and diagnosis, weekly schedule therapy sessions and personalized recommendations to help strengthen and improve at home, and reevaluations during and at the end of our time together to check on recovery process. Brian was attentive to my needs and goals throughout, very personable and flexible as a provider, and helped me get back to nearly full strength for the spring sports season. I would definitely recommend him and would return if I needed PT in the future!“

“From the perspective of a small business owner and trainer, PEX has helped me to redefine my career in training. From the facilities to the management, everyone there is supportive in helping you succeed. There really is no other facility where trainers can find success to this standard. Mike leads by example as a trainer and gym owner. Not a big fan of the train full send guy tho.“

“I have the good fortune to be a primary care physician whose office is down the hall from Lina. I frequently send my patients to her for routine physical therapy needs, as well as my go for collaborating on complex pain and dysfunction issues. When I injured my own shoulder she took care of it in just a few sessions with her blend of myofascial hands on work, and corrective exercises. Excellent skills, knowledge, and very thorough in her care for patients.“

“Ithamar has saved me from pain and healed me from despair after being unable to walk for four years. I had severe arthritis and went through two hip replacements, I walked only with a walker bent sideways and hurting like hell. Ithamar made all this go away, I’m a free person now! Walking strait without even a cane.
Ithamar has a unique approach that no other PT has shown to me in the past, he is humble and kind, encouraging and one of a kind healer PT.
I’m grateful forever!
His receptionist Sara is exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.
The place is always clean and welcoming.
I highly recommend Ithamar from Outback Brookline.“

“I had my first consult with Melissa, she took time to listen to my concerns about a pulled hamstring not fully healed after three months. It took her about one look at my legs to sense there was a more holistic issue I didn't suspect. She confirmed her hunch with a few manipulations and exercises. I am now following a series of exercises she recommended, and we'll see if these yield results over time. Melissa is passionate, caring and super knowledgeable. I don't yet know if her insight is the right one, we'll see over time, but it certainly made sense.“
