He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support. The work Level & Plumb did included crown molding, fixing of the floorboards, electrical work, restored exposed brick, fixed stair tread, installed some flooring, and reconnected our HVAC.
