“We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom.A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. Marvin again came out some time later and we informed them that since we only have 1 bathroom that it would be imperative that they do it during our yearly vacation so we could vacate our house and leave them to do the job.We took an enormous leap of faith with Mavy home improvement but once we met Marvin, we felt really good about leaving our home in his hands. Marvin and Ivy’s lines of communication during the work was more than impressive, we received almost daily updates of the work with pictures and whenever there was a design or materials question , we’d get a call from Marvin asking what we wanted done.We received word that the job was completed a full 4 days before we got home along with pictures of the completed bathroom renovation.Marvin then did a walkthrough of the job and explained all the work they did with my wife. We reiterated that we could not be happier with the finished job or more satisfied with the level of customer service and communication they showed to us as clients.I know the apprehension of hiring a contractor and hoping for someone who is honest and of the highest integrity, well it’s Mavy home improvement. We are already asking Marvin and Ivy for quotes on the next project we’d like them to do!Services: Install flooring“

“If we could give these guys more than 5 stars, we would. My husband and I got a few quotes from various places to paint the outside of our house, and Premier Painting was, by far, the winner. They quoted a lower price than the others, and delivered quality service. My husband doesn't often give high reviews so I knew that Premier Painting was impressive when my husband saw them working and said "These guys don't f-- around" and when it was all finished he used the word "outstanding" to describe the work they did. I'm extra impressed that they secured an electrical service conduit to the side of our house for no additional cost (even though this wasn't in the quote). We will absolutely be calling Premier Painting again for any future painting projects.“

“We brought in Level & Plumb mid-reno on two bedrooms in our Charlestown single family as our previous contractor ghosted us mid-project. Gary and his team were very responsive and professional and really helped us get out of a mess. They did great work finishing the bedrooms and fixing things the previous contractor had messed up. The work Level & Plumb did included crown molding, fixing of the floorboards, electrical work, restored exposed brick, fixed stair tread, installed some flooring, and reconnected our HVAC. We would definitely recommend and would be happy to work with Gary and team again!“

“I hired Vlad for a minor furniture repairs (securing seat cushion to base of an entryway bench, repairing dresser drawer slides, and reattaching wood panels to back of bookshelf) and had an excellent experience. Not did Vlad do a great job on each repair, he also worked efficiently, and even asked if there were additional things I needed help with despite the fact that we over time. “This was the best experience with a contractor of any kind we've ever had. Ioannis was a fantastic manager during the kitchen reno. He gave us a time frame of when he'd start the work, started on time and finished on time. Every step of the way we knew what was going and who was going to be in our kitchen and when so we were able to plan around it. Prices were very reasonable. We added on a few extra little things, and they got done with no problems, extensions or significant extra cost. He also helped us make a case to a vendor who sold us the wrong size counter/sink combo; other contractors may have just shoved it in and grouted in then wiped his hands of the job, but here we got real advice and support.
