Robert was pleasure to work with. He replaced my outside front stairs/deck. He gave me multiple options to best fit my budget. He communicated everything that would be done and was prompt on answering any questions I had along the way. I am extremely happy with the results. Rob was very prompt in responding to our request for a consultation. We has a number of repairs/reinforcements that we wanted to proactively address. Rob explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and gave us a timeframe for completion. When it looked like things might get pushed out a day, he contacted us immediately to ensure that would still be acceptable. As a bonus, he even took away some unusable construction materials from a previous project, at no additional charge. We are very satisfied with Rob’s work, and would recommend Anytime Property Solutions.
I hired Robert to power wash my porch and had a great experience with him! He was very communicative, knowledgable, trustworthy and very thorough. I also had a few others questions about things around the house including how to hang planters off my porch, and he answered all questions and hung my planters for no extra charge. Would definitely hire again!
