“I've never felt at such ease taking my kiddo to an eye appointment. We've gone to two other places in the past, and the experience was meh. First thing when we walked in the door, we were met with the friendliest of faces and warm greetings right away. The doctor was fantastic and explained everything in detail. I really liked the small atmosphere, compared to the larger practices which lack empathy, and warmth. When dealing with social anxiety, bigger places can be nerve-wracking. Here they made you feel welcome and heard. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“

I ordered progressive readers to wear over my contacts, but my eyes did not adjust to wearing them all day, the goal of getting the glasses in the first place. I went back and spoke to Giorgio who took his time to understand the issue and had the lenses re-made as bifocals, at no charge to me. Whereas Dave the manager is always very personable and greets anyone who walks through that door. Customer service training is highly essential here in this office.
