“Always a good workout, they have different class types such as more cardio based, strength based, classes that target upper/lower body, etc. The music can be a bit much in the morning, loud Vegas day party music lol but it's cool. My only caveat is that the workout is never a full 45 minutes so I have to do something else after to close my Apple Watch ring (first world problems lol)“
